Phoenix partners aim to develop and strengthen the resilience skills of pre-service teachers through immersive virtual reality (VR) workshops, enabling them to effectively navigate challenges in real-world classroom settings. We also aim to facilitate the development of inclusive teaching practices in Higher Education by creating VR scenarios that simulate diverse classroom environments, allowing pre-service teachers to practice their resilience skills in different contexts.
